About The Role-
We are hiring an experienced Tomato Paste Production Manager to lead and manage the entire tomato paste production process in Angola. The role involves overseeing raw material handling, processing, concentration, and packaging operations while maintaining top quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibility-
Supervise and manage all tomato paste production stages — from raw tomato intake to finished product.
Monitor processing parameters, yield, and product consistency.
Lead and train production teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety norms.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operation.
Plan and achieve production targets within budget and timelines.
Implement GMP, HACCP, and environmental safety standards.
Maintain production reports, process data, and yield analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for higher productivity and reduced losses.
Qualification-
B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in food or agro-processing, with at least 3–5 years in tomato paste or fruit pulp production.
Strong knowledge of evaporators, sterilizers, filling, and packaging equipment.
Familiar with automation and process control systems.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attribute-
Previous experience in Africa or similar developing regions.
Skilled in managing diverse and multicultural teams.
Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Angola.
