Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing Ayurvedic cosmetic manufacturing company in Lucknow as an Ayurvedic Cosmetic Formulation & Quality Control Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative herbal skincare, haircare, personal care, and wellness products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
The candidate will be responsible for researching and creating effective Ayurvedic formulations using natural and herbal ingredients, selecting the right raw materials, finalizing ingredient ratios, and conducting product trials to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. They will also oversee quality control processes, including testing raw materials, monitoring in-process production quality, inspecting finished products, and conducting stability tests to maintain consistency and safety standards.
In addition, the candidate will manage batch records, maintain proper manufacturing documentation, verify product packaging ingredients, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cosmetic manufacturing. They will work closely with the production team to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Ayurvedic cosmetics, herbal skincare formulation, natural beauty products, haircare manufacturing, and quality assurance who are passionate about creating high-quality herbal products for the growing wellness market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Ayurvedic cosmetic formulations for skincare, haircare, and herbal personal care products
- Finalize herbal ingredients ratio and conduct product trials
- Perform raw material testing and quality inspection
- Check finished product quality standards
- Conduct stability testing for herbal cosmetic products
- Maintain batch records and manufacturing documentation
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic manufacturing standards
- Coordinate with production team for smooth operations
- Verify packaging ingredients and product specifications
Required Qualification:
- BAMS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Cosmetic Science
- Experience in Ayurvedic skincare formulation, herbal cosmetics manufacturing, or personal care products
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years experience in Ayurvedic cosmetics, herbal skincare, haircare products, beauty products manufacturing
